PA6SAIL – Sail de Ruyter 2013
The special event station PA6SAIL has been on the air from 19 August to 10 September, 2013. This operation was in support of the maritime event SAIL de Ruyter which took place at Vlissingen (Flushing), The Netherlands, from 22 to 25 August, 2013.
Operations took place from the clubhouse of the South-West Section of the VRZA, which is located in the harbour at Vlissingen, right at the spot where SAIL De Ruyter was held.
Operations have been conducted in the following bands and modes:
- HF 80m, 40m 30m, 20m, 17m, 12m, 10m in CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK
- VHF 6m SSB and 2m FM.
A commemorative QSL card is available and been sent to all stations in our log. QSL via PA3GEO (Buro or Direct).
